I contacted Monica after my Dad recommended her services to me and she was quick to respond to my inquiry on her website. After some quick emails back and forth she set me up with one of her groomers, Tracey for the following week. Tracey called me when she was 15 minutes away, and arrived on time and was ready to work. She took both of my boys in at the same time, Prince my 3 year old Pomeranian and Odin, my 7 year old Corgi/Shiba Inu mix. She gave both of them the full grooms and Prince had a teddy bear cut on top of that and I gotta say that they both looked AMAZING!!! when she walked them to my door to bring them back. They both were extremely happy and you could tell they knew they looked and smelled good! Tracey did a wonderful job and I will definitely be requesting her services again! Scheduling is easy; the groomers are professional and always punctual; and, most importantly, they know and love animals. My Australian Shepherd is an older dog and she actually is happy to have her "spa day" :-) Prices are reasonable and my dog doesn't spend hours in a small cage surrounded by other stressed pets; she is in and out and pampered individually. Monica, I have my own business and I have to tell you that you have not only great people working you, but a customer service that you can't teach people. You can teach people to groom, but you can't teach them how to make others feel including you, even thru a text. You either have that or you don't. Anyone who is hesitating, please do not think twice and hire Monica and her amazing staff. I can't thank her enough for her wonderful service. I have two small Papillon's that have very sensitive skin. Since I started using Monica's company three years ago, her medicated shampoos have been working great, and my babies have been doing so much better and look beautiful. Having the groomer come to me is the best thing that I have enjoyed as well as the service Monica has provided. Every member of her staff is carefully chosen and each is amazing. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job your staff has been doing grooming our two dogs. Murphy, an 80# lab mix is a bundle of energy who LOVES his baths! You brush his teeth and clip his nails while being kissed the whole time! Our Bulldog Kyra is a very skittish dog with skin issues and you have always taken it very slow with her, use the special soap I want her bathed with, brush her teeth, give her a mani/pedi, and bring to my attention any areas of concerns. Jordan has been my primary groomer but I have also used Heidi, who is just as awesome. Your compassion for the animals is second to none.
I really appreciate if any of you are running late, I always get a courtesy call informing me of any delay. I have used several mobile groomers in the past 7 years but your company, Monica's Mobile Grooming is by far the best! Thank you again.

Ed M.Monica, I wanted to reiterate how much I appreciate your professionalism. I used to take my miniature poodle Shadow to a pet store for grooming. I would have to drive there, drop her off and pick her up about 4 hours later. She would shake every time I dropped her off. In other words, she was stressed. I also didn't like the idea that she would be crated for the 3 hours between the time I dropped her off and the time she was groomed.
Now, how lucky are we to have you! It is a wonderful thing to have you come to the door, give Shadow love, and groom her right outside the front of our house. My Shadow is not stressed. I have the comfort of knowing she is in the best of hands and I will have her back freshly groomed to perfection in an hour. Her grooming is impeccable. My babies Ty and Chloe are 10 years old and have been to many groomers throughout the years. Unfortunately, Chloe had her first and only seizure when she was with her old groomer. I thought I would never be able to have her groomed again, but then I found Monica and her wonderful staff ! Chloe has never had another seizure. Monica is so gentle and they always look gorgeous. This is not the case with Monica or Raquel, he was very calm and always comes out looking more handsome than before. When Barker became ill, they would both treat him with extra care and more love than ever. Beastie also loves Raquel and Monica's loving hands, they take care of our loving furry creatures as if they were their own. Lorena C.Raquel was here this morning to groom Bella. This was Bella's first professional grooming so she was a bit squirmy and energized. Raquel handled her with "kid gloves" and gave her a great haircut. She apparently did not like the water but enjoyed the dryer. Didn't like Raquel touching her face but stayed still enough to be trimmed with scissors without Raquel holding her. Raquel was very patient and worked with Bella in whatever manner worked. Just wanted to tell you how happy we were with Raquel's professionalism.

Just a note to thank Raquel at Monica's Mobile Grooming. I was behind on my housework and the dog needed a bath. Although the mobile grooming service was a little more expensive than taking Kailey (my dog) to a groomer, I was glad I called them. I didn't have to put a dirty dog in my car and was able to continue with my housework uninterrupted. I saved time by not having to drop off and pick up my pup at the groomer. Kailey was clean and smelled oh so good after her bath with Raquel. For those working moms who are hesitant to pay for a mobile service, all I can say is "time is money". Raquel arrived on time and did a great job! No hassles.

Celia N.Monica is by far, the best groomer I've had and I highly recommend her. My dogs are 12 years old and I've been to many groomers. I have always been particular and now that they are seniors, I'm even more careful with choosing their groomer. My toy poodle Peaches had some rough grooming experiences earlier in her life, causing her to be very fearful of grooming. She cried and shook and was in general distress throughout the experience. The fact that Monica comes right to my door, and the entire grooming experience is about an hour is a wonderful thing. However, I have to say that more importantly Monica has that personality that dogs love. She's gentle and calm, and my dogs really like her. Peaches is a big fan of grooming day now and runs to Monica and kisses her, and walks happily to the van. She looks beautiful, the cut is just what I asked for, and no stress! I recommend Monica with no reservations. Your dogs will be happy!
